- Check-out after 12:00 until 18:00 is subject to a surcharge of 50% of the room rate.

- Check-out after 18:00 is subject to a surcharge of 100% of the room rate.

- Late check-out is subject to prior notice and is accepted by hotel reception.

Cancellation policy, reservation

Cancellation before 14 days arrival date: free of charge.
Any cancellation received between 14 days, and before 07 days since arrival day will be charged the first night.
In case cancellation received within 07 days prior to arrival time or no-show will be full period charge.
High season cancellation before 20 days.
10% discount for Web booking and appitional 5% off for booking of 7 days (not including for Luna New Year, peak season. (05/02/19->09/02/19, 27/04 ->30/04, 28/12 ->01/01/20)
